Overview

At Euonex, we respect your right to privacy and your control over your data. If you wish to delete your Leadz account or request the deletion of data associated with your account, including data from connected third-party platforms like WhatsApp, please follow the steps outlined below.

How to Disconnect Integrations

If you only want to remove a specific third-party integration (e.g., WhatsApp), you can do so from within your Leadz dashboard:

• Log in to your Leadz account.
• Navigate to the Settings or Integrations page.
• Find the connected platform you wish to remove and click Disconnect.

Disconnecting an integration stops the applicable connection from being used by Leadz and prevents further data from being received from that platform. However, it does not necessarily delete historical information already stored in Leadz. To delete stored historical data, you must submit a deletion request or initiate the full account deletion process.

How to Request Full Account & Data Deletion

To request the complete deletion of your Leadz account and all associated data, or to request deletion of applicable information Leadz received or stored through a connected Meta/WhatsApp integration, please submit a deletion request to our support team.

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We may require reasonable account/workspace identification and authorization verification before proceeding. Upon receipt and verification of your request, we will identify the applicable data and schedule its deletion according to our standard operating procedures and applicable laws. We will notify you once the deletion process has been completed.

Retention Policies

Please note that certain information may be retained even after a deletion request where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or satisfy legitimate business record-keeping obligations (such as billing history).
